Administrative law applies to the relationship between the governmental or judicial authorities, one the one side, and persons (natural and legal), on the other. More particularly, this includes constructions and land-use planning, public procurements, liability of governmental and other public authorities, immigration law, fiscal law, public servants and aid to victims of crimes.
Administrative law also includes social security regulations, which are particularly vast and complex but touch every person (health and accident insurances, invalidity, unemployment benefits, pension schemes, widow’s pensions, etc).
