Lawyer and notary, Christopher De Sousa practices as a notary public, mainly in the fields of commercial law, real estate law and inheritance law. He practises also as solicitor, mainly in the fields of public procurement law, land use and construction law, as well as real estate law and real rights (leases, property of floors, easements, etc.).

Christopher De Sousa is also interested in tax law, an interest he has put into practice by obtaining a CAS in Small & Medium sized corporation (PME) tax law.

  • Notary's office in general, i.e. all acts relating to companies and businesses (creation of companies, capital operations, mergers, restructuring), real estate transfers (sales, donations) and real rights (constitution of property of floors, easements, mortgage operations), inheritance and family law (inheritance regulations, certificate of inheritance, wedding contract, registered partnership under cantonal law) and various other matters (surety bonds, mandate for incapacity, affidavit, authenticated statement).

  • Building, land use and real estate law (real rights, neighbourhood, lease, etc.).
