Françoise Ferrari is a lawyer at the Neuchâtel bar and is in charge of teaching Public procurement law at the High- School of Management HEG- Arc.
She completed her studies and passed the bar exam in the Canton of Neuchâtel. Her career is marked by her preference for administrative law, social insurance law and procedures in these areas.
Françoise Ferrari served as deputy judge both of the Court of Public Law of the Canton of Neuchâtel and the Court of Social Insurance of the Fribourg Cantonal Court.
Also involved in regional politics, she is a member of the Municipality Council of Peseux.
